Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MyGamedayStore.com.  All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). MyGamedaySuperstore.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

MyGamedayStore.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

If an item is defective or if we have made a mistake, we will always gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of your order. Just put it in a box and ship it back with your information.  We DO NOT accept returns for any other reasons.

Very Important Note: The return shipping fee is paid by the customer. The credit for the merchandise will be applied to your next order.  Please include your daytime phone number and a copy of your invoice as well as who you talked to within the return package so we can issue the credit to the correct account.

Clothing must be unworn with all tags attached.
